Start by jogging a few minutes a day and build up to weight-bearing exercises that last twenty to thirty minutes per day.

Defeating obesity is not an easy task. Sufferers will probably want to give up at certain points during the fight, but one must never give up. It is possible to completely defeat this disorder and become healthy once again.
